Hey you vinyl junkies.....have a question. I now have heard three different copies if Circuital and really don't think this record sounds that great. Not the recorded quality of the music and of course not the music itself but the pressing . The green vinyl seems to have a lot of static and cracks and pops. Did any of you folks experience this? I have tons of vinyl and virgin vinyl sounds awesome when you first play it. I wonder if the colored vinyl makes a difference.
I have other colored vinyl  that sounds great. What do you guys think??

I have the black vinyl version of Circuital and the sound quality is absolutely awesome - clean with great range.  I think 45 rpm makes a difference.  I believe it's the best sounding disc in my collection.

These are hard to come by but my holy grail is a handpainted Lafayette Blues by the White Stripes numbered out of 15 the covers were handpainted by Italy records Dave Buick and Jack White himself. Last one to come around sold for $18,000. I can dream right ::)

No they didn't have the covers ready for a record release show so Dave and Jack handpainted a few and sold them in Detroit at the show.

i just put a 150$ bid on gold hole on ebay at the last second and lost and it ended up like 152.45 or something dumb. so close! dammit!


now i feel like i need to spend money on a poster............

I wanted to ask about these two eBay postings, for Does Bad Jazz and Does Gold Hole.  Both started at $75.  Gold Hole went for about $155.  There were no takers for Bad Jazz.

Why so much?  They had a run of 500.  And why is one worth more than the other?  Is $75 a good price for Bad Jazz?  I just don't get it.

I dont get it either. i think Bad Jazz is worth 75$, though. honestly my plan was to buy it and trade it for a poster  :) Gold hole is without a doubt the hardest mmj vinyl to have. I know of a place on this here internet where bad jazz is available for about half of 75 though, so i didn't bite that one.

im not a huge vinyl guy, but i'll buy it when i know its rare and its a band I like.


gold hole is one of two things i need to have at least one pressing of each MMJ vinyl though. the other is NYE pic disk
