Ottawa Bluesfest -- July 13

Looks like the boys have been confirmed to play Ottawa on July 13th.

Gonna be pretty hard to pass this one up. With Toronto on the 11th, and Montreal on the 12th, this presents the chance for a mini-T5 done Canadian style -- three shows in three nights!

I'll definitely be there for the Ottawa and Montreal shows.  I don't think I can do the Toronto show, however, as I have tickets to U2 that night.  The wife and I probably will skip the U2 show as well since we'll be seeing them elsewhere and we'll need a break from the 12-day Ottawa Bluesfest.

It's a 4+ hour drive. Ottawa's a nice city though and the Bluesfest, although nearly devoid of blues, is well run with a normally ecclectic and great lineup. I think just the leader is performing. There's still many top and minor acts not listed/booked yet. I hope for more blues acts.

You should book a hotel or B&B downtown. Ottawa's a nice town; the capital of Canada and full of history. The bus system is also reliable and you can walk to the site or take a city bus.
