"Due to a unique programming error, some fans of My Morning Jacket were unable to purchase tickets at Ticketmaster with their credit card of choice for the band's upcoming concert in Louisville, KY.  Ticketmaster regrets this error, which has since been fixed. Ticketmaster is committed to providing all fans fair access to tickets and is constantly looking to improve the ticket buying experience. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to make it better for fans." - Ticketmaster

Lies.

I hope the band continues to stay as far away from TM for the presale as possible.  One of the best moves they've ever made.  This appology is a big pile of shit.

"Ticketmaster regrets this error, which is something that commonly happens to major corporations whose only job is to provide tickets to those who want to buy them. Ticketmaster is committed to providing all scalpers unfair access to tickets and is constantly looking for new ways to screw over fans."

You will continue to buy tickets from us and like it.

This reminds me of the apology they gave to Springsteen and his fans after they re-directed buyers to their sister/broker site TicketsNow, a couple of years ago. TM said two shows in N.J. sold out in less than two minutes,(40,000 tix) and re-directed fans to TN because they were truly trying to help fans get tix, and thought it was a way for fans to get tix in their hands! ::) Problem was the tix were going for hundreds, even thousands more than face. >:(
"Where's Jim going?"
