With a bunch of GA admission venues how will the RC presale work or be worth it? Maybe a roll call only area??

IF ANYONE GOES TO St LOUIS FROM LOUISVILLE OR SURROUNDING AREAS - I'm trying to go to this then fly to Red Rocks the next day, so Im looking for a ride for my lady and I. Gas money and beers would be your payment. This is on my 21st bday and I really wanna be here!

So far we aren't seeing any multiple night runs so I wouldn't expect NYC to get more than one show.

I second this emotion. Can't wait!!!!!! No longer have to travel crazy miles/hours (though the trips were fun). Still can't believe they're playing here. Cool venue too, AND they just opened a beer garden right next to the ampitheatre. Score!

Ditto! I've heard Verizon Wireless in Alpharetta sounds great for an outdoor venue too. Commonn paycheck  :D

It is a cool venue, I'll be there, only 20 minutes from here!!!  WOOOHOOO!!!!!  May have to go to ATL too.  Charlotte is generally not a GA venue (but for the lawn) for those who care, never seen a pit there, so it will most likely be seats up front, but its a small venue and outdoors.

Yeah, there is no pit. Just seats. and a mini-lawn in the back. It's like a miniaturized version of Verizon Wireless. Perfect setting for the guys, and I'd love to see them come back and play indoors at the Fillmore some time.

no texas dates. again.  cant believe it will be 3+ years since they last set foot in this state. i dont get it, i have been to mmj shows in dallas houston and austin and they all were packed with rabid fans.

It's a GREAT venue!! It's become my new favorite Amp to see a show, and is the one I make a point of getting to for my Summer Road Trip from Jersey.

I was there last July for Phish and am heading back there again in June. I absolutely love this place. Only holds maybe 12,000. A nice small pit (2,000ish) one level of reserves,and then a nice little lawn. Great sight lines from all areas and the sound was pristine.

The people who work the venue are some of the nicest I've ever dealt with at any venue.

It looks like I'll be making two trips there this Summer.  ;)

If anyone is doing this show and is looking for a place to stay, I've stayed at the Alpharetta Marriott and it's a great place. If you stay there, book the Verizon Amp package.For an extra $20.00 - $30.00 you get shuttled to/from the venue for two, and a buffet breakfast for two. :thumbsup:

I agree. If they skip NYC in the fall it is just setting up for a NYE show at MSG.

Wow, just got home from a long aggravating day at work, what a great suprise!

So, I have tix for Milwaukee and Chicago already....I'm thinking of bypassing Lollapalooza, and going to the Indianapolis show that Sunday night.

Anyone been to the venue they are playing at in Indianapolis? Is there any GA seats?
