coffee intel: last time i was in KC i logged a lot of time at the broadway cafe & roastery. http://www.broadwaycafeandroastery.com/ the espresso here is amazing. turns out it is just over 1/2 mile from the uptown!

it's in the area of kc that gets very fratty on weekend nights, but this place apart from the fray. :coffee:

oh! there were also some good late night slice opportunities down there.

peeved i haven't left myself enough time to visit the negro leagues baseball museum again.

My brother and I will be in attendance! I'm stoked...this will be my second time seeing them this summer. First was at Bonnaroo and they rocked it. This show will be amazing :D

I went to the last MMJ show at the Uptown, it was awesome. Uptown is my favorite indoor venue in KC. For drinks prior to the show, head over to Westport, McCoys/The Foundry is nice for beers. I have an extra ticket for the show that I'll sell below face if anyone still needs one.

The Day has COME! Well after last night my face was melted off at the pageant, been trying to put it back together since. Elmers glues isnt working very well, Were in for a treat, the boys kicked ass night and will kick even more ass tonight!!!!

:D Alright just got to the hotel in KC fixing to head to dinner at Houston's, then off to the Uptown to see the greatest band ever! This will be my 5th but my fiances first show! I will have a review and details tomorrow!
