Merriweather Post August 12th - Roll Call

My partner and I will be there.  We opted for reserved seats just behind the pit.  I'll miss the T5 reunion in the pit, you guys were lots of fun to hang with in line an in front of the stage last Oct. in NY.

Yup.  My understanding was always two per transaction so I bought 3 pairs on Tuesday.  I did read somewhere on this board that someone bought 4 in one transaction however.  I could be mistaken.

OK so I just hit up the presale link to double check for roll call.  There were GA pit tix available and I was able to get 4 at the same time and I'm gonna guess you could have even gotten more than 4 at a time.

People, you gotta do johnnYYac a favor.  My uncle might do this show, his first, on my cred.  Can I point him in your direction for a good time?  He is very cool.  When the Grateful Dead sing "Me and My Uncle", I think of Mike, my Mom's little brother, only 6 or 7 years older than me.  We've done some GD shows together but don't see each other much these days.  He emailed suggesting I come down for a visit and we'd hit the MPP show (Jacketfest East!), but its sandwiched tight between Lollapalooza and Boston.  Also, if he's game, I might try to see if any of you fine folks nabbed a spare ticket worthy of a Jacket virgin who shares DNA with me! 

Ruckus, he's the uncle who went to Japan and rode a 7.2 aftershock from his 37th floor hotel room.  He is a health physicist for the FDA.  Been back twice since then, trying to help with the reactor problems.

Whew...this is going to be a party. So we're definitely having some sort of tailgate at MPP? Love it!

And JY....not to make light of your uncle's experience, but that was our escape plan for the Rapture while at Hangout. Our condo was on the 11th floor and we had a floatie on the balcony. If a tsunami came, we were going to ride that sucker inland to safety...
