Just booked my room at the Doubletree (formerly the Hilton).  Good rate and they are running a promo for free breakfast.  $102.03 (includes tax) for one night, double bed, with breakfast the next day.

Southwest is having some pretty sweet deals, maybe you can fly from dc area to Manchester and rent a car? No idea where that festival is in Maine though.
