interview!/questions for the band?

hey guys!

i'm interviewing Tom over twitter for the website I write for Consequence of Sound in anticipation of the upcoming Upstaged webcast directed by Todd Haynes. I just wanted to get a feel for what questions you guys might have for him and band?

My question: How did the writing and recording process for the album evolve over time, in terms of sound and feel?

Here's my question:

The band has such a deep synergy on the stage...what are some favorite or notable characteristics you observe yourself and fellow bandmates beginning to portray when you are getting "in the zone?"
