Ideal Circuital Tour Setlist

As the upcoming tour approaches for the release of the Circuital album, I wanted to see what people would put as their ideal setlist for the upcoming tour.  Let's try to keep it at 25 songs because that seems about what they average during a typical show (although as the 2006 and 2008 Bonnaroo performances have proven, we know they have the capabilities to go much much much longer then that).  It doesn't necessarily have to be realisitic but more what with the new album in place in the rotation, how you would love to see the show go.  I'll start with mine that's listed below:

1.Victory Dance
2. Circuital
3. Run Thru
4. War Begun
5. Knot Come Loose
6. Smokin' From Shootin'
7. One Big Holiday
8. Friends Again
9. Wonderful (The Way I Feel)
10. Aluminum Park
11. First Light
12. Phone Went West
13. Dance Floors
14. I'm Amazed
15. Chills
16. Honest Man
17.  Lay Low
18. Movin' Away

-- Interlude 1 --

19. Holdin' On To Black Metal
20. Steam Engine
21. Bermuda Highway
22. You Wanna Freak Out
23. Dondante

--Interlude 2 --

24. Gideon
25.  I Will Be There When You Die

Ofcourse there are plenty of people that will disagree with my setlist which is why I wanted to see what everyone else would have as an ideal 25 song setlist for the Circuital tour.
And all that ever mattered will some day turn back to batter, like a joke.

It don't disagree with that as much as I think it's unrealistic.

Likely unrealistic.  I meant to include Strangulation in there somewhere, probably in place of First Light.  But I dont know, there's so much great music.

I want to hear first light at every show I go to this year.

Yeah, I really like that song too.  Especially to hear the jam at the end with the horns.  It will be a very awesome song live.  But I would have to include Strangulation somehow on that list.  Too many great songs to know which I would exclude! :)

I would have to BEG for "The way that he sings" too. "Run Thru" as 3rd song?? OMG... That songs tears me UP and blows my mind! I'd never make it to Gideon. And right now as a MMJ "Live virgin", I must pace myself.
Why does my mind blow to bits everytime they play that song?

"The Way He Sings"  is an amazing song live too.  The setlist I laid out is what I would go nuts over but was wanting to see what everyone else had as their ideal setlist.  I am hoping you plan on pooping your MMJ "live virgin" cherry on the next upcoming tour (Yes, I am fully aware I stated poop instead of pop.  I did this because it will feel so good when that cherry pops that you'll poop yourself in the process!).  You will have an all new respect for the band once you do see them jam it out live.
And all that ever mattered will some day turn back to batter, like a joke.

I love me some It Beats 4 U.  I'll have to look up the T5 edition to see how the jam is at the end.  Sure wish I could have been at the T5 show.

I love "At Dawn" and that'd be a great way to open the show.  "Oxen" would be certainly rare.  Wish they did play "Cobra" more often.  I didn't include "Off The Record" which is killer live especially the end where it trails off in a jam.

I'm gonna have to invest in a case of huffiest this summer than! Lol. I know I'm about to experience something that's going to alter me forever. I accept this. Which is why I'm already hitting 4 shows with an inevitable 5th being added too. I'm completely addicted.

I am only going twice as of yet.  Going to the Louisville Palace show and then the Atlanta, GA show (If I can get tickets).  I was hoping they would be at the Pearl Jam 20 festival but that turned up a bust.  I know at some point they will do a Nashville show so I will definitely be there for that.  I want to see them at the very least four times this tour.

Ending a show on One Big Holiday would cruel because that song rawks so hard I'll be left wanting more.  Ofcourse they used to end on Anytime and that song is a rawkin' jam too.  Interesting to put Victory Dance and LayLow back to back.  I could see that.  Would a crazy transition between songs.
And all that ever mattered will some day turn back to batter, like a joke.

Yeah, I was trying to stay somewhat grounded in reality while also interjecting my own selfish wishes (Hell, One Thing, Evelyn, Steam Engine).  But they will never play all of those in one show.  I hope they will.

I agree with you about OBH - it does leave you wanting more when it's the final song, but they have closed with it pretty regularly as of late so that's why I have it there.  I'm more of a fan of a mid-set OBH.  That way you get to keep on rocking out.  Considering that they used to start of the shows with it...well, I'd rather hear it at the end than at the beginning.

If we get something resembling that at Red Rocks it would be worth the 25 hour drive.  Who am I kidding?...it will be worth the ride no matter what they play!
You need it.  That's for sure.
