I can really relate. CIRCUITAL has carried me through some of the most stressful times in years. It soothes my soul.
Why does my mind blow to bits everytime they play that song?

I got 2 orchestra pit TIX that I need to get rid of, if anyone is interested, hate to miss this, but the money situation is kinda rough at the moment, so....

This time next month, I will be pulling into Alpharetta, GA and getting myself ready for one amazing show by kicking back several brews before MMJ melts my face off.  Can't wait.  Gonna be absolutely awesome!  Can't wait to rock with you peeps.
And all that ever mattered will some day turn back to batter, like a joke.

Familiar with it?

I AM STAN!

1. We were the same age when the episode first aired.
2. We both immediately downloaded all their music as soon as we discovered MMJ.
3. We both followed MMJ on tour.
4. We both lingered backstage to meet Jim James (and succeeded).
5. We both work for the CIA

I, however, did not have an alien in drag to help me.

For the full episode (.avi file, 175 MB), click Stan.

The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.

this is why you should be in atlanta on the 20th...look, there is even a jackass trying to get rid of pit tickets a few posts up...you can do it yac...

No can do, Sethster.   Alpharetta falls on the last weekend before I start my new job at the local high school.  I've spent my capital on 5 shows, a few posters, some vinyl, and am holding out for something epic in the northeast this fall/winter.  YOU should come north, where global warming ain't that bad.  ;)

Seen it? LOL. I've lived that episode for the past year! "The names Abbey. Abbey Road. And when it snows I need to be plowed!" LOL! Go Roger!

So I took a job with Teach for America and I'm moving to Alabama in August.  Obviously the first thought I had was, "When is the Jacket coming to the South??"

I have met some of you good folk at shows in the Northeast over the past couple years and I'm pumped to meet some forum members from the South.  So who's planning on hitting this show??

I was planning on coming down for this show, but am passing to go to Boston.

You'll LOVE this venue! Only holds maybe 12,000, a couple of years old, great sound/sightlines throughout the whole place. Definitely try to get in the pit. Nice and small, maybe 2,000. Even the lawn is close, as there is only one level of reserved seats.

Look into staying at the Alpharetta Marriott. Get the Verizon Amp package. Includes shuttle for two-to/from venue and buffet breakfast for two. Real nice hotel and buffet is pretty damn good too. I think it's $119.00 a night for the Amp package.

Enjoy the show.

One of the best venues in the country.  Go hotwire or priceline and get a cheap 3 star hotel.  Lot's of close options.
