you're not alone. I have a really good, new computer and a crappier old one.....they are both playing the same quality. hopefully it gets a lil better

try a different browser maybe. chrome or firefox.

If you are on a wireless connection try directly connecing your computer to the modem/router. Make sure nothing else is streaming/uploading/downloading.
