Something moves in Louisville. now! what? who?

I'm standing outside the palace right now and something's going on inside. There was a crowd of 5 people standing out front talking about "watching a band soubdcheckibg". Its clear the band is inside. Two big cameras just went in too. :(  I wonder what made them get this interesting golden ticket. I'm going back and putting my roll call shirt on.

Another request...do they have the marquee decked out, or at least advertising the show tomorrow? I want to swing down and grab so pictures. Id rather not bring my good camera down tomorrow and have them not let me in with it at the door.

The marquee looks great! And posters for UNSTAGED are up everywhere. Beautiful.  We're parked out front and grabbing a bite to eat next door. Those people just came back out. I'm going to ask em what's up. I have no shame at this point!!! Ill check back in soon.

Update as of 4:07. First group of lucky people have emerged. Smiling. I asked what was up. Soundcheck. The band sounds incredible. The stage and lighting are going to blow everyone's mind. They played one song. None of them knew what song though. Grrrr!  "The first or 3rd song on the new CD" they said. Second group of people are slowly filtering in now. Look like radio station giveaway winners.

4:20pm. (Oh yeah). Talked to event staff. Got some info. The car is parked right outside the door and people keep coming to check it out. OH SHIT"!! ERRE GOING IN!!!

4:41. Song visit nixed on account of the band rehearsing something NOT for prying eyes. But he took pix of the car and us, and got our roll call print and Denver print signed. Really nice Guy. This expwrience is far from over i see. Great organization. I asked if "The Bear" was getting played. To which I got a big grin and "get ready for a very long and incredible show". I'm ready.
