Whhhooooooahhhhhh! Great show.  I was in the iclips chat room...wish I was here.  That steam engine was something else.  Wish i was there to see it!  Man, they got super deep and dark with the set there for a min.  Sunset -> Touch Me was chilling!!!

Hope yall enjoyed that as much as I did.

God damn those shaky knees.

BH

Awesome setlist.  I'm so glad I was alive to see that Steam Engine.   :o
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

I feel funny screaming after each song at home, but I'm doing it anyway.

MAHGEETAH Closer!  :D

LOL...I wondered if anyone else was clapping after each song...best and worst part of the set was the "wish you were here" text that I got from dear friends near the start of the set.  So glad that they were there to enjoy it...and that I was able to enjoy from a distance too.

Bring on High Sierra!

I absolutely LOVE that the boys are playing festival sets that feel like the "regular" shows! They are kicking SO MUCH ASS and I cannot wait for Chicago and Red Rocks!

I got the same rush and feeling reading that as I do seeing a Phish set list. Like a "oh shit, they brought that one out? and they closed with THAT? didn't see that coming"
I'm surrounded by assholes

just got back from allison krauss here in Louisville but set up a program to capture the video while i was away...
good news:
got a good two hours of the show

bad news:
program shit the bed during dancefloors

I'll look at the setlist but something is better than nothing if no one else got it.

How are Arcade Fire gonna follow Jacket? The boys are on fire right.  They've never sounded better.  And man...once those new songs find their way into this set...watch the fuck out.   "First Light" was better than I ever expected...

I can see "You Wanna Freak Out", "Moving Away", "The Day Is Coming" slowly moving out of the set...but "Outta My System" has potential to be a huge hit.
God damn those shaky knees.

(Hopefully they bring out a guest for one of these ;)

They should have brought out Grace for Golden. I wonder if they know she covers it.

I really hope that this summer they have so many festival dates together this year.

holy smokes, what a night!  haven't fully decompressed yet... it was mind blowing.  that's all i can think to say @ this moment.  i know i probably say stuff like that after every time i see 'em, but man... i wondered if they sounded so on just bc i was there & you know how sometimes when you hear it back later it really wasn't as good as you thought.  but from everyone's comments - they DID fuckin KILLLLL IT!  unreal :D

also, totally love jim's high kicks - i so wanted to shout out "careful jim, don't pull a hammy!" but my voice was shot  ;D  (my voice is about 2 octaves lower today, and raspy...  green tea w/ honey not really much help)

it was really great to meet up w/ the other forum peeps once again in the real world.  what a wonderful band of crazies we are

Funny you should ask  ;)       http://www.sendspace.com/file/6bwz7c

I missed the first part of victory dance, and only a few spots in the beginning of that tune drop out at points, the rest sounds pretty good. There are also 2-3 very brief drop outs in steam engine. You also kind of have to crank the volume a tad.

I didnt have time to cut it up into individual tracks, so if anyone wants to thatd be wonderful!! It's one long mp3 for now. Let me know if that dl link doesnt work too.

I did my best!

Next quest (and next question): Anybody record the video???

I'm splicing it up right now, should have it uploaded sometime today.  It sounds really good, thanks for recording this!
