I purchased two tickets for the Chicago Show via the ArtistArena presale.

ArtistArena sent me an email on May 31 that the tickets were mailed to me by First Class mail on May 27. The email said to call if I had not received them 3 days prior to the show.

That is cutting it a little close for me. Before I call, thought I would just check here to see if anyone else has received their presale tickets for the Chicago show yet.

It does not seem that it should take 12 days for a letter to get from one place to another within the continental US (I am in Michigan).

Not sure if this applies to you but I posted this in another thread.   See Below.

I got an email today from artistarena that they are not mailing any tickets in the first 18 rows ( that were purchased in the pre-sale ), they are changing them to will call only.

below is the email.

Dear My Morning Jacket fan,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, tickets in the first 18 rows of the June 17th  My Morning Jacket show at the Auditorium Theatre have been switched to Will Call pick up and WILL NOT be mailed to you. Please arrive a little early to the show and bring your confirmation email and ID to pick your tickets up.

We apologize for this inconvenience; please direct any questions to our office.

Kind Regards,
Artist Arena

Tickets arrived.

They must have taken a very CIRCUITOUS route.  :)
