Technically the check-in at the Sheraton is not until 3pm so you should be a-okay.

Liz and I are probably getting there a little bit earlier. I requested an early check in just so we're not in a total rush but who knows if they will honor that.

Yahoo!!! Lets have a phone convo the beginning of that week to arrange hotel meet up time, k? this was my first and only MMJ tailgate, didn't really know anyone too well at that point. Will be so nice now that so many have connected beyond the forum! I will bring the flag, who is bringing a structure that I can attach it to?

I hope to be there around 3, maybe bit earlier. I plan on swinging by the venue and picking up my tix before checking in, and then it's on! I definitely don't mind being the first there and getting things started, but I really want to be one of the last still standing at the end of the night too. ;D

I'm definitely down for any and all parties going on before, during and after the show. I'll be glad to supply champagne, jello shots and of course my trusty bottle of Jack. ;)

Me and +1 might try to make this, probably bring a ton of craft beers to share and some Champagne and some burbon and/or scotch. We'll try to make it a little after 3 as we will be checking in at the Sheraton as well. So psyched to have two good legs this go around and hoping they show is close to as good as last years mamoth show.

That there is a thread for the tailgate for this show is a testament to how epic last year's show was and how much fun this year's is gonna be! This is definitely the highlight of my summer and I'm so looking forward to seeing everyone again....it's been way too long!!

Y'all! I am so excited to see everyone. I don't have time to comb through this thread, but is the plan to arrive in the lot around 3 pm?

Does anyone know what time the soundcheck thing begins? I just found out I have a ticket for that, but I also need to coordinate with someone who has my ticket at will call. Could I be any more disorganized?!?

Any special requests for the tailgate? I'd be happy to bring whatever y'all need and I'm local, so there isn't a lot of lugging involved.
