So glad to see Carl get some hometown love with Carried Away!! What a great-looking set. I can only imagine how epic that set-closing PWW was. And XMas Curtain at last!!! After all those kick-drum First Light teases, the real thing finally was delivered. Hope to see it played with some more frequency, great tune.

Can someone describe the Dondante? Not to sound strange, but they played it differently at Red Rocks. It's almost as if they started with the jam, then went into the song, then made sweet love to it, then we all collapsed. Was it something like that?  ;)

My daughter's first show! She had a blast.  We got right up front center.  When she met Tom after the show he said to her "you were right up front right?" Funny cuz I told her to make sure she was smiling because you may see these guys later and they will remember you.

i feel like every time i see a show, i now need to fully describe the completely brand new dondante i just saw.

believe it or not folks, there was a new new new new new version of dondante played in indy last night.  sorry folks but this one was too weird and awesome for me to even try to explain.  i must hear it again.  good thing is there was a taper or two there.

i will say, if dondante is the spookiest song ever, this was the spookiest dondante ever; and the ending was like twice as long as usual.

Yeah, it really felt like they changed up that outro considerably from even a few nights before in St Louis. It got almost upbeat during a certain part. The song was already in outer space before they even launched.

This is crazy cause everyone that was watching the lolla stream the night before was saying that Dondante that night was the craziest they had ever seen. Myself included. Yet it continues getting better and better. Unbelievable.
