If you haven't yet, you should try to get your hands on the Charleston, SC DVD from last year.  I'm not sure it is still seeded somewhere but I'm sure someone can up it otherwise.  I'll look around.

I was there, Hopefully, The Way That He Sings, Movin' Away, Butch Cassidy, and Anytime were all cut from the setlist.  What A Wonderful Man was NOT cut, Jim played it solo on the omnichord, but it must've been moved from where it originally was on the set, I can't remember.  They definitely played it though.

I was front row and I got a setlist, it was amazing.  Hearing all the rarities was awesome and the highlights were probably I Will Be There When You Die, Dondante (it was absolutely amazing acoustic), and Smokin' > Touch Me.
