Kudos to Clark for hooking me up. I got 3 tickets with a friend I flew across the country 2007 to drag him to see a band he had never heard of before at the Orange Peel.. My Morning Jacket. I'm so glad we got a pre-Evil Urges (with hair) show. What an epic night. Since then him and I have seen them at Red Rocks (awesome) and Cary (eh). Looking forward to next Monday, big time.

Yeah, anyone get any details about the sound check party? I haven't recieved an e-mail from them yet, but did get my tix a few weeks ago.

Also any word or plans for a group meet up?

Natty Greene's (local microbrewery) might be a good spot to meet up, tasty brews, good eats in a nice stretch of bars there. Up n coming brewery in NC. From what I can tell is it very close to the Greensboro Coliseum complex

That sounds good to me, I figured it was a little too cold for a tailgate. So pumped for this show.

Also, if there is a meetup I'd definitely be interested. Never been to NG's brewery but thoroughly enjoy their beer here down in CLT.

Still waiting on email myself. Same here on natty greene's meetup..I also am in Charlotte and went to the one in Greensboro over the summer...definitely good beer. Matter of fact, just finished a southern pale ale. Count me in, if it happens.

Natty Greene's it is then. I'll be there probably 5-7 or so until my two friends show up. I've had luck meeting up with board members before and I know there are a few of us rolling solo. I'll be wearing and old wool brown concert hat, or atleast have it sitting by me at the bar. Feel free to text me (Dave) at Nine One Oh - two eight six, nine one six one.

Website says the show starts at 8, is that doors or when Delta Spirit come on? BTW, I've seen Delta Spirit a few times and they kill, at least in small venues.

I've got a friend in Knoxville who has decided to make the drive over for the show. He is a poor college student and asked if I could troll the board for this password. Any help appreciated.

Will be down To Natty's after the Soundcheck that begins at 5:00 pm, so probably will last until 6ish. I think doors are at 7:00 pm and Delta starts at 8:00 IIRC. I'll be with my brother in law with a tan Mastodon shirt on. Can't wait to meet the group and will have half a bottle of Pappy VanWinkle in tow as well.
