12/14 MSG, NYC - Selling 2 tickets, sec. 427, row B, seats 8 & 9 - NO FEES!!!!!

I have 2 tickets I need to unload for the upcoming MSG show on 12/14.  The seats are up top, section 427, row B, seats 8 & 9.

Tickets are $35.00 a piece, but of course with your usual Ticketmaster surcharges tacked on (an additional $13.25 per ticket) brings the ticket price to $48.25 per ticket.

As I need to unload these tickets I'm willing to sell them minus the additional Ticketmaster surcharges.  So that's $35.00 per ticket.
