Friends Again Fuzz

Anyone know how they get that beautiful fuzz on the riff in Friends Again? I'm wondering if there's a certain pedal Carl's using?

As far as I know Carl has three fuzz pedals on his board. Fulltone 70 Fuzz pedal, Radial Tonebone Hot British Tube Distortion pedal, and Z.Vex Wooly Mammoth.  What combination of those he used, I'm sure is his little secret.

Also, may have something to do with his preamps and amps.  Carl likes to use a combination of pedals, preamps, and amps to get the sounds he wants to achieve.
