From what I heard its just going to be Jim playing DJ on the radio.

My guess is it will eventually be nationally syndicated through national public radio. But that's just a guess.

Looks like Jim will be co-hosting the show with David Givan, Jim's long-time friend and former bandmate (drummer for Month of Sundays).
