Holy shit!!! Fucking amazing show!!! Best Jacket show I've seen, seriously.

Yeah, best yet for me as well.  Hard to make a definite call with it being so fresh, there's still the night after 'glow' - turned up to 11, because we get two more nights.  And MSG NYE will always have a special spot for me, as it was my 40th birthday and I was with my closest friends.  But my other shows were either outside or at MSG (up in the seats), so seeing them in this small venue is just outstanding.

I was on the second level 'rail'. Was one of the first in and had a wristband, but thought I'd try the eye level view last night.  Think I am heading into the scrum tonight, we'll see...

The PWW close, similar to the Red Rocks which I thought was the best version I ever heard, was amazing.  Can't wait to see what they have in store tonight.  Tyrone, please.

Glad it was so good after the hassle at will call.   Hope that gets worked out today!  Thanks for getting my ticket.

Was a little 'freaked out' that two people were relying on me for tickets and they only had me down for 1 extra, thank goodness the will-call guy just gave in to my pleading and avoided the hassle by just giving me the extra ticket.  I currently have 5 messages in to grnd(cntrl) about this mix up, still waiting to see if they are gonna fix it, but at least tonight I can come prepared with a print out of my receipt showing my purchases.

If you decide to go that route, the front row of the second level was a pretty great spot to watch the show.

Quite possibly, I was trying to be cool about it, stay relaxed, but I didn't want to come up short for anyone, jaye drove all the way down from the Bay Area and my other ticket was for someone going to their first show.  I would've felt terrible if I didn't have those tickets.

That was the darkest MMJ show I've seen since '06. Had that more serious gravamen I from '05/'06 Z Tour. No stage banter, all-business and easily the best Jacket show I've seen since 6/13/08. Can't wait to see what's up tonight.

I was able to be second from the front in front of Jim's mike, then get a beer, and actually be in the very front. I left after a while. TOO LOUD. I think I will be front row, first tier tonight.

Could have been me also. Even though I had a receipt for 2 the guy told me I only paid for one ticket. He told me I better fix it for tonight, because he would not give me two unless ground control changes it for him. And I got a friggen reciept!

Few thoughts...

1. The setlist was AWESOME!!!!

2. I Will Sing You Songs was my fav moment from the evening and I think I had an out of body experience.

3. Might have been my fav MMJ Show (Gibson was pretty sweet)

4. Jim def didn't say a word, but he had some nice moments with the floor crowd. A lot of finger touching...haha

5. Patrick was def into it last night

6. The crowd on the floor kind of sucked. There too many drunk talkers who were not even paying attention to the show. Too many drunk dancers who were being a bit too aggressive with their "moves"

7. Very surprised the upstairs was half filled. wtf?!

GOOD NEWS. I tried Ground Control by telephone. No luck. Tried by Email, they never sent a password. Tried the phone again. Got a live guy. He was amazed and ashamed. I told him I was not the only one. He called the Witern ticket office, and they are double checking their list with the actual orders. Keep your receipt. Wiltern says it will not happen again. I am the 50ish guy with a green Louisville Slugger shirt on, with my 22 year old son. See you there.

I hope not, I have tix for gardenparty and meatplate.  I messaged Wade and CC, they both got back to me fast, Wade was looking into it.  Bringing my confirmations, hopefully it'll be fine.

That was a seriously kick-butt show.  It was my first MMJ, as well as my girlfriend's... needless to say we were both amazed and mesmerized.  We were both just like "What the f- is happening?"  The show was unpredictable in the best possible way and just out of this world. 


I'm going tonight by myself and the girlfriend is coming with me again on Thursday.  What a good rock n' roll week.

Crowd was energized tonight.  Last night i was way up front and could tell it was a little light.  Tonight i was in the back and could see the whole crowd having a blast.

Tonight was a bit more upbeat but Jim has still not said a word.  Not even a "How Ya'll doin?".  I like it.  band has played possessed the last two nights and i'm sure he'll break the silence tomorrow.

overall great crowd, great show.  Night one still takes the cake for me as far as setlist. but tonight was all around a better show taking audience into account
