Thanks to all who have offered to help us out tomorrow.  I can never get over how incredibly kind this group/family is    I'll be logged in & ready to go at 10 am tomorrow.

During the presale, it let you put the name of the person who was picking up the tickets in a field. If anyone who isn't going, gets tickets and needs to have someone pick them up for someone else, I can do it or someone else who's already going. You people might trust them more

I've dealt with Ticketfly a lot and I've only had two ticketing options.  Will call or mail.  I have yet to order tickets from them with a print at home option.  For what it's worth, both Umphrey's and Trey at the Cap had either will call or mail options. 

anyone know if the tix available through ticketfly tomorrow are will call?   If not, happy to help try.

For some other concerts via TicketFly, it looks like the two options are Will Call and Print at Home.

I also got screwed in the presale. I'm looking for two in the loge /balcony for all three shows. As luck would have it I'll be in the air at 10 so have put those in my son's hands. Got the tickets I wanted... reserved all three nights!   

I did have issues with the cart on ticketfly though.  I couldn't drop the 3 day pass from my cart once I was able to pull the reserved seats I wanted.  Thankfully Ticketfly was able to fix that issue for me.  I like the fact that their customer service was easy to deal with once I got through, no hassle, just simply took care of my problem.  So thumbs up to ticketfly customer service!!
