New Years Eve Preshow @ Sunset Cantina - Roll Call!

Hey party people! 

You can't beat the convenience of a bar across the street from Agganis Arena!



Sunset Cantina has a good beer and tequila selection (38 taps & 112 tequilas!), a decent menu, and are planning to reserve some space for the forum crew.



I need a sense of how many would like to join us for some pre-show food and drink.  That will determine the space.  They offer a buffet option, but I'm recommending folks just order off the menu if they're interested in dinner.  I'm sure many of us will want to chip in on some appetizers, too.

Thanks for setting this up! Great location, the menu looks good. I'll be flying in the morning of NYE, so after 4pm seems good. I am good with either a buffet or order from menu. It might be easier time wise for us to do a buffet. I would be will to pay the $20 for that. People would still be able to order off of the menu also right? I guess whichever we decide I am good with.

Regarding the menu vs. buffet thing, we'd be happy to pitch in for a buffet if it would be easiest option.  I'm vegetarian, though, so I'd be a little bummed if there didn't end up being any good vegetarian options on the buffet.

I'm adding my name so you can get an estimated max headcount.   I'm really not sure what my plans are yet- will be dependent on babysitter and other things.  I'd vote for order off the menu because I may only be able to make an appearance on the later side.    Thanks so much for organizing this- really, the location can't be beat!!!

Let's forget the buffet.  I don't want to mess with money and who paid/didn't pay and who comes/goes.  I'll wait until after Thanksgiving to give them a number, they'll cordon off an area just for us, but we can then order as we go.
