Same here.  14 digits, not working.  Annoying.

I've had the same thing with all the codes I've tried.  Maybe the codes on the fanclub tickets do not work for some reason.  Has anyone who got tix through Roll Call been able to successfully download the shows? 

I'm sure we'll get this straightened out.

yea, my 12/28 was thru RC but my 12/29 was thru regular release. 12/28 has 14 digits, doesn't work. 12/29 has 15, works fine.

no roll call for me at any shows night 1 worked fine but night 3 ain't working

I sent Wade at Ground Ctrl a message about the problem with the download code for Roll Call tickets.  I'll let folks know if I hear anything back.
