Ticket Trouble, Again...

Is anyone else having trouble buying tickets? I'm trying to buy two tickets for Jim's 5/2 Nashville show at the Cannery. I have been clicking "refresh" on my browser so I would get a shot at getting presale tickets before they sell out and after finally getting through the ticket purchase page, when I click to buy the tickets it says "This product could not be found". This definitely isn't the first time this has happened...over the past two years, from the times I've bought presales I've run in to complications several times. Can we fix this please? Maybe my dream to see Jim play in Nashville, my new city, is cursed...

I don't know the answer to that, but maybe it is the vending location. There was a link from the roll call email that was different than the website vender, at least in page design. I had no problems on the MMJ website. if you are using the email link page, try the other one.

No nashville.  No asheville.

Totally JV.

Most cities worked.  The ones I needed didn't.

Yep, seems all other cities but Nashville & Asheville worked (the two I want).

Try it again Friday @ noon.

Dangit. This is a pretty big bummer about the 5/2 Nashville show. It seems these things sell out the second they go on sale to the general public, only to be immediately resold to the public via StubHub at criminally inflated prices. These fingers of mine just aren't as fast as they used to be for the general public sales, and I reckon it's the price I pay. It's a bummer when GroundCTRL screws up the wonderful things that being a Roll Call member offers. Maybe they only gave out 5 passes for the 50 passes that were offered in the 2/1 show competition? Wouldn't be surprised anymore. Time to go kick some dirt.

Sorry for venting, I just had to get it outta my system.

The customer service rep claims that all tickets are sitting in people's shopping carts right now. That is why they are technically available but showing up as "product could not be found". I called shenannigans and asked her to verify that any tickets were sold as of this time. She never answered my question and told me to "keep trying" to purchase them.

Checking out the Nashville/Asheville issue - I'll get back to everyone on this.

if your ticket gets to the 'processing' part but freezes there, the transaction might be going through (like mine did) but i didn't know till it showed up in my email a few min later. don't click on anything if it's sitting there...i scrolled back after a few min and thought i lost the ticket..
but come on...there's nothing sexy about poop. Nothing.  -bbill

I tried for Asheville at Noon straight up.  It said "This product could not be found".  Still does.  I don't think anyone got any presales for the Asheville show.  Lots of posts at the evet page: http://mymorningjacket.com/events/162983
