Hey timandre, are you a roll call member?

touchingmept2

So, are there any cool perks of being a roll call member for this tour? Other than getting an early shot at tix.

Cool man, I'll definitely make it either way. Have you ever been to a show at the House of Blues and had balcony seats?

I saw Delta Spirit in the fall last year; had GA but the balcony seats looked pretty close to the stage.  Don't think you can go wrong either way

Gots zee balcony seats! Gonna take the in-laws. It's there first concert in years. What better way to reintroduce them back into the fold than with a Jim James solo show? :drum: :drum: :drum: :drum: :drum:

This show will cap a 3 night run of Jim James for me.
Jim James ACL Live Taping -> Jim James (Stubbs) -> Jim James (HOB Dallas)

My head may explode after this run of shows. This will be the 5th Jim James solo show I have seen in 2013. Unreal.
Mona Lisa must'a had the highway blues, you can tell by the way she smiles.

Also, is there anywhere y'all would suggest going around the venue? I am coming from Austin and it will by my first time in Dallas so I know nothing of it.

Wow! They sent an early entry email out before the day of the event! Perhaps someone read the criticism about the irony of getting early entry to day of.

I sadly wound up not being able to make it to this show. Did anyone make it up to this show? If so, how was it and what was the encore?

Did Jim skip Exploding during the main set like he did at both Austin shows?

Nope, he didn't skip Exploding.

I was expecting not to be as face-melting, because the band jammed out alot

The drummer had what seemed like a ten minute solo! :drum:

I was hoping to see the two MoF's songs that were marked out though

Wow that's a real bummer they skipped those two.. hope the rest of the show made up for it! Dear God was practically a transcendental experience for me in Austin :/

touchingmept2

AtDusk, dude, their was an ending to All Is Forgiven that was fucking mind-boggling. I'll post the vid of the ending if my iphone will hurry.
