Is there such thing as a poster binder?

This is probably a rather stupid question that's been covered before, but do they make such things as poster binders? Like instead of hanging the poster (I'm out of room...), I could just start keeping all of them in a big binder like thing?

Yes. They sell em on amazon for around 40$ I think. JYac can point you in the right direction. They're a great thing to own to keep em nice

Excellant! Second question. For the most part are all posters the same size or should I still be wary of that one odd ball that's much bigger than the rest?

Yep.  This is what you want.

I have two and will need another soon.  They do have posters too big for this, but not many.  This is 18 x 24.

I also have a 13 x 19 for smaller posters

and a 8.5 X 11 for photos and setlists.

The fact that my heart's beating is all the proof you need.

It's always nice to peek into your poster portfolio.
We should start a random peek into your portfolio thread. I'm a voyeur.

Do have login creds with Expresso Beans, Fully?  You can see my collection,  in terms of most of what I have.  Of course, it must pale in comparison to Kyle, who has every MMJ print known 'cept maybe a few.  I wonder how many portfolios he has...

Yeah, I've looked on there. So you're saying that Kyle's portfolio is bigger than yours? Hmmm.

It's not the size of your portfolio, it's how you use it.   (Spoken by a man with a very small portfolio)
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

Kyle's poster collection is him overcompensating.

If you let me look inside, I'll be able to better judge that statement. Women are the best judges of these things. :bath:

I've got one of the 18x24 portfolios as shown above. It's perfect. I needed something to store my posters in. I have way more posters than frames/wall space and didn't want to roll up the ones I wasn't using.

Lame that a few odd sized ones won't fit (I have 3 Bonnaroo posters that are 19"x25" grrrrr) but overall it's been a big savior for storage. Also a nice display thing.

Angelo

I'm definitely getting one of these for the same reasons itrainmonkeys just gave. I didn't know these things existed, this is great.

I would love if I could find out that was a little bit bigger. I have too many that wont fit into my current 18x24

I rock one of these.  Was in our bedroom for years, but has since been moved into the living room.  My wife loves it! (cough, cough).

Oooh!  More info, please!  Where, what, how much?  Capacity?

Er, nevermind...

I'll stick to the big flat box Guy Burwell sent me, which holds larger prints and was free... and personalized!

They're super expensive new...but Craigslist is your friend! I looked for quite a while and found one for $75, had a dent. Engineers offices, schools, artists, etc sell them quite often. Keep looking on Craigslist.

You are wise, Obi Walter Fredo.

also check ebay, and when you search you can do advanced search and search only within X amount of miles from where you live.  I actually think that's where I found mine, but I remember I was looking on Ebay and C-list religiously for at least a year before I got lucky.
