Anybody at the Aquarium Drunkard Showcase last night?
I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

Cameron

The autograph session is at 4 on Saturday.

clueless people relying/commenting on the article and JJ.

You are much nicer than I am. I was thinking of the term "turdblossoms" to describe those idiot commenters. I'm guessing that they all have an average age of 65 or older.

That crowd is ridiculously loud. How rude. They are missing a great song.

Heartbreaker was awesome! Free booze was my downfall. Looking forward to tonight!

First off, Heartbreak Banquet was probably one of the coolest events I have ever been to. I wanted to send pic updates to y'all but my phone was dead early in the day. I am in the depths of one of the worst hangovers I have had in a long time so a full review wont come until later. Just wanted to throw a few observations out there.

-The album breaths so much more when played live.
-Whatever jam out they do at the end of the album was just something else
-I saw their setlist and they were going to do a 5 song encore of Jacket songs, no surprises on the selections.
-The MAN shut them down after the jam out. Don't know why.
-If anyone stayed after and hung out in the church, a man started doing faith healing with a bottle of tequila, until the MAN shut him down too.
Mona Lisa must'a had the highway blues, you can tell by the way she smiles.

I take it back about the encore not being completely surprising. They were going to do a cover of the Willie Nelson song, "Funny How Time Slips Away".. Other than that you would have had: Wonderful, Wordless Chorus, It Beats 4 Jew, TMP2, Victory Dance.

The MAN is always ruining things!

Damn!    Well hopefully they pull that out down the road since they prepped for it and everything.

Fucking networking!  They were probably talking about how much they love this song.
There's Still Time.........

Jim has performed "Funny How Time Slips Away" in concert before, so it's not surprising that he'd plan to do it as a show of respect for Willie.

Someday, I'd like to see Jim and Willie sing together. It's one of my dream collabs.
