This is always a good thread.  Lets hear some of our favorite tracks that have been put out this year so far.

This one is pretty obvious I guess, but I just dont see myself liking a song more than this one this year....

Hard to pick just one off of Baba Yaga but this is the first one I loved:

This video and crowd are super lame, but the sound is good.  Old video but song just came out this year.  Jaye we need to start the Futurebirds forum  :wink:

anything + reverb always = better

Great thread Murph!  That Kurt Vile track is great and I need to check out the QOTSA album.  Can't believe I haven't given it a listen yet.

Tom channeling his best Neil Young/early MMJ vibe with multiple parts and tempo changes
Futurebirds - Dig

This album is brilliant top to bottom but the dueling guitar outro here blows me away every time!
Wolf People - When the Fire Is Dead In The Grate

Again not a bad song but I go back to this one a lot
Jason Isbell - New South Wales (w/ Lyrics)

The most beautiful song for me so far
Arbouretum - Ocean's Don't Sing

Impossible to pick one from Muchacho but because of it's old MMJ vibe, the nod goes to this

A friend of mine just put out an EP and it's great, but one song really stands out to me and truly is one of my favorites of 2013.

The track I think is one of the best of the year is "Off Center"

murph, i love this album!  i can't stop listening to it.  also binging on Camera Obscura's newest record.

full disclosure:  it's 1:30a and i'm too busy drinking wine to check the stack of CDs from this year for song titles.
