the dalai lama is here this weekend and it is a benefit for a buddhist center in town.  hence the high price tag, but hey, we get free dessert!

dont know if it is a jim solo show or a jim james band show.  im fine with either.

ben sollee has a tibetan freedom show on Monday billed Ben Sollee and Friends in honor of DL visit  hopefully Jim shows!

Sounds awesome, cant wait to hear about it! What if... Jim and the DL  do a duet together. What song would you want them to do?

My first instinct is to go over the top cheesy and have them do a duet of "(I've Had) The Time of My Life" with that "Dirty Dancing" routine thrown in their since we all know Jims got some moves.

Then I thought, this would actually be kind of cool and relevant to the DL.
