I went to school In Bloomington when Breaking Away was filmed & now work on campus.
Saw Carl (didn't know it then )play in Old Pike at Bluebird - apparently he lived down the street above the old Farris Market while at IU in '90s.

They played carried away last time they were here; it was awesome. I'd love to see it again.
