This is a one-time informational email for the upcoming Jim James events taking place at:

-Iron City - Birmingham, AL

-Majestic Theatre - Madison, WI

-Slowdown - Omaha, NE

-Liberty Hall - Lawrence, KS

-Cain's Ballroom - Tulsa, OK

Please read the email carefully as there are several important instructions for these events.



ROLL CALL FIRST ENTRY FOR IRON CITY - BIRMINGHAM, AL (9/6/2013)

Doors Officially Open: 6:45 - Roll Call Members will be entering the venue 10 minutes early, geneeral public will follow at 7:00 (official door time)

Box Office Opens: 11:00am-4:00pm; reopens when doors open

Please do not park in the Speedy Print parking lot (on the south side of the 22nd street entrance)

Meet Up Time: 6:30pm

Meet Up Location: To the right of venue doors (when you are facing the venue)

ROLL CALL FIRST ENTRY FOR MAJESTIC THEATRE - MADISON, WI (9/8/2013)

Doors Officially Open: 7:30pm

Box Office Opens: 7:00pm

Parking is available at the Government East Parking Ramp on Doty and Pinckney Streets. More parking information can be found online here

Meet Up Time: 7:15pm

Meet Up Location: The doors to the left of the box office (when you are facing the venue)

ROLL CALL FIRST ENTRY FOR SLOWDOWN - OMAHA, NE (9/10/2013)

Doors Officially Open: 8:00pm

Box Office Opens: 8:00pm

138 free parking spots are available in the parking lot behind Slowdown. Metered parking is also available on surrounding streets, which is free after 6pm.

Meet Up Time: 7:45pm

ROLL CALL FIRST ENTRY FOR LIBERTY HALL - LAWRENCE, KS (9/11/2013)

Doors Officially Open: 7:00pm

Box Office Opens: 11:00am

Parking for patrons of Liberty Hall is available at metered spots lining Massachusetts Street, and in hourly lots throughout the downtown Lawrence area. Parking is free after 6pm Monday through Saturday, and is free all day on Sundays.

ROLL CALL FIRST ENTRY FOR CAIN'S BALLROOM - TULSA, OK (9/12/2013)

Doors Officially Open: 7:00pm

Box Office Opens: 10:00-12:00am, 1:00-5:00pm and again at 6:00pm

There is a parking lot across the street which opens 30-60 minutes prior to doors.  The cost is $5.  Street parking is available throughout the Brady District as well. We recommend parking south of the I-244 overpass.

Meet Up Location: Line up outside of Cain's with the line heading North (the general public will be lined up heading South)

ONLY THE 2012 ROLL CALL MEMBERSHIP LAMINATE  will allow you (+1) to enter through this line. Refer to the forum threads for each show's specific First Entry Instructions. Again, we are offering this opportunity where and whenever possible per venue's capabilities.

I DON'T HAVE MY 2012 ROLL CALL LAMINATE  FOR FIRST ENTRY:

Please email RollCallLam@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY with the show you're attending in the subject line. ONLY the membership laminate will allow you early entry. Venue staff working the "First Entry" Entrance will not accept print outs or ID. You MUST coordinate with ground(ctrl) in advance. Requests made less than 24 hours before the event may not be met.
