I'm confused because the numbers the seller lists doesn't match up with the archives the artist listed

Its listed as one of 25 artist proofs (A/P), not the official run of 150, so it should be legit.  Seems a good price for a fun print.  There's also a foil version, a run of 50.  Beware, its a big one at 25 x 30, so it can't be stored in a standard portfolio.

but technically it was a print run by the artist? would that make it signed and numbered on the print as well
