Who's all planning on golfing on that amazing looking course?

Doing it at least twice.....

We (wife and I) are playing Sunday (we are in a day early) and might do a replay round considering the cost for the replay is so low and then doing the charity tournament.

Lookin forward to it, I read some pretty damm good review on the course, but considering I will be renting clubs, I'm not holding my breath on posting a low score.....

I'd like to. My wife recently started playing too, if you want to call it that. So she's excited to create some divots.

We are going to be there on Sunday as well so if you want lets play together!
I've been known to leave my mark on the course a time or two or three, hahahahaha...

Glad to know that others are renting their clubs as well.  Im short and have my clubs cut down and I'm concerned that they will not have clubs to fit me.
At least we will all be trying to get get the feel for the rentals, hahaha....

We are shooting for a 9am tee time but hadnt heard back yet from them that its confirmed, but were up for it...

As I said, we are going "fairly" early on the off chance we decide to go 36 as the replay fee seems cheap comparatively speaking.

Do you have a resort confirmation numbers typhus point? Did it requires confirmation number?

Jamison

I don't remember. I'll have to look through my emails to see if I did get one. I did it a while ago.

Hi all,

Been lurking on the boards in preparation for next week.  Can't wait!  I'm signed up for the tourney Wed.  The course is all inclusive like the hotel.  I email and asked if my wife could come along to have some drinks and ride on the cart.  If anyone's interested, they're cool with that, it's $35 to add a rider who can also have access to the all inclusive.  Also, talked to a coworker who has played the course and his response was "bring balls.  A LOT of balls.  The course is super tight and with the amount of animals on the course that look like they could kill you, you're not going to want to chase a $7 Titleist into the jungle."

Can't wait for the tourney. The course looks like a blast and I will definitely have to load up on balls.

Jamison,

Not sure if your in or not and its all good either way, but the wife and I secured a tee time for two (so far) Sunday at 8:50 (yea I know early) if you guys care to join.

How was golf at OBH?
Here it is, in its entirety, our cover of ELO's Telephone Wire

The course was great, the Positive Legacy deal? Not so much....

That has to be the most disorganized "tournament" I have even been in. No one went to the course with us from Positive Legacy, course people didnt know what was going on, small turn out....

All that said, the golf itself was great, just the structure sucked.....
