A rep there this morning said there isn't a demand for this yet. I do remember that this option was made available to us well after the initial announcement of OBH last year. Folks call up Cloud Nine and ask for this , demand it. Even if you already have a roommate call and request this anyways. The rep told me that they were perfectly satisfied with the way the 'travel solo' worked last year they did not remove  the option because of incidences.

I'm digging, digging deep in myself, but who needs a shovel when you have a little boy like mine.

Don't freak out!
Huh? Pretty appropriate info considering how relevant it is to many here.

It was a joke about a previous thread.   (And not a very good joke probably)

I get it now. I am autistic when it comes to sarcasm in writing by people I don't know.

That's actually not how autism works. My kid is autistic and she can easily get message board humor as well as Tumblr humor. What she doesn't pick up  is facial recognition and expression.

Autism has a very broad range of symptoms and severity. At the high end, they could be your weird fairly normal friend. At the other end they could require 24 hour care in a locked facility for their and your safety. The diagnosis itself is far from truly scientific. It is based on observations of various behaviors and symptoms, and not everyone who has the diagnosis has the same types of symptoms. The fact that your child can read means she is at the higher end of the spectrum. I have dealt with many that are unable to interact with the outside world in any personal manner, meaning their whole existence is inside their minds.

Oh, and by the way, me claiming to be '"autistic" was simply a way to describe my potential deficiency in a manner that most would understand. I am not literally autistic. I have an exceptionally dry sense of humor. It rarely comes off as humor in writing. Sarcasm in print is not easy for even the highest functioning of any type of individual to always understand.

Thanks for giving me a lesson on what autism is. It has never been explained to me by the doctors,  behavioral therapists, psychologists,  or Temple Grandin who we've worked with in my daughter's sixteen years on this earth. (since you can't understand sarcasm,  I was just sarcastic.  What I really meant is don't you dare use my daughter's neurological condition that causes her to be bullied on a daily basis,  isolates her from real connections with the world,  and may keep her from ever living on her own as a cute jokey way to explain away the fact that you are a complete tool.)

In no manner at all did I use it as a cute joke. You let your emotions dictate your perceptions.
