anyone else notice the time change posted on the schedule for daily activities that will be happening on february 1st?

looks like the clocks will be moving an hour ahead to eastern time while we are there...i'm sure they will make everyone aware as much as possible due to excurisions and whatnot.

Too bad it's not the other way around. I'm sure an extra hour of sleep would be helpful. Maybe we can get a refund for that lost hour

I need advice:

How can I fast forward time so that it is next week already? I mean, it doesn't have to be OBH yet... but I could really use a couple days under my belt.

I am working nights and losing my mind.

This is our 1st OBH but been to other C9 ventures ( island exodus, which is insanely fun ). We hired a luxury van to pick us up and have room for 2-3 people, I think it max at 5 total. Cost is about $15 ea way per person.  PM me if you want to join. Arrive 1/30 4pm, leave 2/5 2pm flt.

Question:  I see that the excursions are no longer on sale on the website.  Is it still possible to purchase an excursion once we get down there or is it too late now?

I know last year they were still for sale at the resort, but this year everything seems to be filling up faster, so not sure. I'm looking at buying an excursion once I'm there, but I'll tell you, I didn't go on one last year and I managed to have the time of my life still!

We went on an excursion last year, but didn't go through Cloud 9. I wasn't too thrilled with the options last year. They have someone in each lobby at The Hard Rock that books excursions on site. They have a whole binder of options for you to look through. I found this to be much cheaper than using Cloud 9.

Keep in mind that you also don't need to book an excursion for certain things like, Tulum, Playa Del Carmen, Xel Ha, etc. We just took a cab to Tulum one day and a cab to Playa Del Carmen another day. It costs less this way, and you can do it on your schedule. A cab was only about $20.00 one way to any of those. This year we pre-purchased tickets to Xel Ha online for $80.00 vs. the $139 or so that it was for Cloud 9.

Does anyone have the dimensions of last year's poster?  I have a small tube and a big tube. Just trying to decide which one.
