What happened to the Roll Call 2014 thread?

Is Roll Call closed for signup? My subscription lapsed and accessing signup page gets me an error... Not even as concerned with the roll call record as I am for upcoming tour stuff.

There will be a 2015 Roll Call membership available prior to tour announcements or tix presale, I would imagine.
