everyone will be happy to hear that i have it on very good authority that there will be no

How can you explain that hint then? I hope you're right!

I hope you're not trolling us!

Also, what's the chance that today's clue is Tweedy. He sings about a world without end in Nobody Dies Anymore. Totally want this to be true.

not trying to explain a hint, not trolling, just passing along great news.  take it however you wish

Mr. White

Just saw Mayor Greg Fischer on the local news here in Louisville (WAVE 3 NBC) give a hint we all pretty much already knew. He said this year's Forecastle Festival should prove to be "One Big Holiday".

Bring on the local heroes!

People on FB think son came first means they booked tweedy then WILCO!

Thoughts? Would they book wilco and mmj both even though they've done that in 2012? Would they both headline even though all three acts last year probably cost more $$?

Modest mouse pretty much confirmed.
Y'all got any disco ball back there?

Pretty cool. This lineup may be pretty insane.

So jacket and modest headlining? If no Dave, who else? The clue today may point to Wilco, which I would be pumped for. Think they'd headline or take the spot right below the top 3?

though I would be thrilled, I think it's a long shot we'd have MMJ and Wilco again being that it was both of them just a few years ago. But if it were, I'd think Wilco would get a headlining spot over Modest Mouse. I've never seen them and only heard good things about MM so that would be cool...surely cooler than Dave Matthews!

Can't wait for this announcement, will be checking all day!!

I am going to assume if we get Jacket & Mouse the third headline will almost certainly be a Rapper/DJ/EDM act - Sucks, but I will accept that if you give me the other two.

rmpotsy

Y'all should check out the website around noon...

I bet there will be a helluva a 3rd headliner that will make everyone shit their pants.

LOL not quite. The whole lineup is posted on the app. SAM SMITH YoU GUYS!

MOWJO8185

Wow. Color me underwhelmed.

walterfredo

looks fantastic to me.  MMJ and widespread panic on the same bill.  Yes please.

(I have no idea who Sam Smith is)

MOWJO8185

Disregarding for a moment how everybody feels about Sam Smith's style of music - is he even widely considered a good live act?  Just cannot picture him headlining a festival like this.
