Just to be clear; when the tickets go on sale next Monday for the show at the Tennessee Theater in Knoxville, I go to the MMJ site, log in to my Roll Call account, and purchase the tickets?  Or do I buy from another site?  Thanks for the help.

Yes. You might get redirected to Ticketmaster/Ticketfly etc whoever is handling the sale but just click on the buy tix link on the RC presale page. Be aware though unless they changed the policy you won't be able to transfer these tix. They'll be in the RC members name and only available to that person for pickup, usually at Will Call. Some shows in the past( not many) had hard tix shipped but that was more an exception than rule.

Thanks for the info. I have another question, I'll be going to the Minneapolis shows, and it's going to be my bachelor party, (dont worry we're in our 30's so we wont be out of control) Is there a limit to how many I can purchase? There will 7 of us. Thanks for the help.

I'm not 100% sure but if I remember right there was a 4 ticket RC presale limit. You might be able to make two separate purchases though. I never tried to buy more than two, but seem to recall up to four being offered in the pull down for quantity. I do know if it was a GA  show you were only allowed to take one other person in with you when there was an early entry per each RC membership.

Hope this helps but until this goes down again, who knows what will apply this time around? Past protocols might not be the same anymore, and that's what I'm basing my reply on. I'd contact ground control support to see if they can give some definite info.

You got it.

Here's a link to live chat with ground control. I don't know if they'll have your answers but it's worth a shot. Right now they seem to just say keep checking this site for updates but they might be able to help.

I just had a chat with them trying to verify if I could put multiple shows in my cart and than check out and he said yes
Just wondering due to the amount of tickets available if I could move fast enough

FYI - I asked if they would offer multiple night stand shows as one purchase and was told "I am sorry but at this time we do not have specifics to which tickets will be available during presale events"  I asked them to please consider this as many of us would like this option...fingers crossed

I would keep in mind that they don't get a hell of a lot of tix. Especially to smaller venues. Last tour a lot of RC people got shutout during the Cap shows presale but were able to get tix at the general sale. Also the tix aren't necessarily the best seats. Some are but not all. I've gotten great seats through RC, and some I passed on, and took my chances at the general sale.

Good point ,  I need to chill on this presale stress .
I know I will see them 4 or 5 times no matter where I get the tickets.

Recent experience of getting front row seats to a Ryan Adams show only to get locked out after reaching final step still in my mind

Excellent, Eric (cool name by the way ).  I appreciate it.  And no worries about reselling tix, my wife and I are going with her parents.  Double date with the in-laws.

Yeah, I just give them a shot, and see how it goes. After seeing some presales not turn out how we'd hoped  I don't stress them. If I get what I want great, but if not all's not lost.

A few years ago a decent amount of us got Orch Pit seats for the Mann show. The next year not a single one was offered, and I lucked out getting one through TM at the general sale. That, the Cap shows, and even a RR presale clusterfuck one of the years has me not worrying too much about how the presales go. It's definitely not an all or nothing thing so no need to stress if it doesn't go great.

Cool. You'll be fine then. I only mentioned that because you won't even be able to have someone else pick them up for you or give away. I had Wiltern tix last tour, and couldn't make it. I had friends going and wanted one of them to use the tix for her relative, and miracle someone the other nights but they wouldn't allow any transfer and the tix went to waste. She was a Roll Call member too but I still couldn't transfer them to her. I knew I was out the $ and it wasn't that big of a deal but I was bummed no one else could use them. It's happened to others here too.

Now if I want to go to a show but not 100% sure I can, I'll wait for the general sale, and get a hard ticket that I can at worst give away.
