I was told we get the 30 minute "deluxe" benefit.  Unless you only had the Digital membership but I'm not sure they even offered that last year. 

It says this on the event page:
*any active memberships purchased prior to the 2015 membership will have access to presale tickets at the same time as the Deluxe buyers (10am - local market time).*

you need a code if you bundle roll call with pre order. *i think*


After their last answer about ordering for multiple shows you just have to laugh.

I'm still waiting on my roll call activation code.  Called WU/GC and they said I should receive an email this evening with my code.  The tickets for the Milwaukee show go on sale Monday at 10am...

They better get this damn code to me in the next few hours close tonight, otherwise I have a feeling I won't have a code for monday morning at 10am, at which time WU/GC won't even be open yet.   

Cutting it kinda close here.

The code is supposed to show up in your dashboard up to ten minutes prior to the sale. Just enough time to panic the shit out of you.

Am I missing something here?  Once they put the new banner at the top of the page, I can't even get my dashboard up or check my account. I'm logged in but that's it. No access to check anything else.  :huh:

They must be putting the finishing touches on it; the other day the dashboard was there with the new banner because I checked to see my RC status.  Admittedly, the Friday before the onsale is def not the day to be screwing around with navigation.

Even then it was not super obvious where the "dashboard" was hiding as I recall.

They seem to be the kings of convolution.

EDIT: oh nevermind, I see where you can go in to the "Account."  I take it all back, except for the convoluted part.

For the shows at Chicago Theatre June 9-11 the event page says that "please note: there will be multiple ticket options for this show (general admission pit, reserved orchestra and multi-day tickets)" - ...so, for the multi-day tickets option what section will the seats be in- GA pit or reserved orch?

Also, how big is the GA pit?

Can anyone help me?....I ordered my Roll Call Deluxe package the other day and cannot login under "Roll Call", is anyone else having the same issue?  I get taken to a cover for the new album and nothing else.....when we log in for the presale, is logging under the "forum" going to get me access to tickets?...tried calling WU this afternoon and after being on hold for 15 minutes, I get a recording saying they were closed (during regular business hours!)....this uncertainty is making me  :angry:!

I appreciate the help,but still not working....i can access the homepage but when i try to do anything "Roll Call" related, it freezes on the page with the new album cover, and i don't even get the chance to click "Roll Call" again to get to my "account" button....tried on both safari and firefox and got the same result both times using both a PC and a Mac....maybe its because I'm Canadian  lol

I just ordered the deluxe Roll Call (before midnight Pacific Time, but barely) and none of the Roll Call tabs are working for me either.  It just acts like it's loading and produces nothing, like it's constantly refreshing.  Hopefully I have better luck in the morning.  I'm still very confused about what I need to hit the presale on monday- whether I need a code or not.

Hey AtDawn, looks like we're in the same boat...that's exactly what I keep getting too,home page with the look of it constantly refreshing and nothing working as far as Roll Call at all...thanks for posting, thought i was the only crazy one out there  :huh:

I purchased one of the limited Roll Call memberships in early January. I can login to Roll Call and view my Account. My subscription ends in June. When I click on any of the menu options under Roll Call: Users, Blogs, Forum, etc. I am brought to a page asking me to purchase the "new" Roll Call. fun!
