I'm bringing my parents and want them to have a comfortable seat in the balcony - ideally up front as they won't want to stand for the whole show. Any thoughts on how early we should get there? I have early entry...hope that's enough.

Maggie, I'm thinking the same for Katherine and me.  I'm banking on early entry, then she grabs us two seats while I get a poster.  If you'd like to coordinate a seat grab in front row balcony, let's discuss a preshow meetup.  We need to, anyway, unless you and the 'rents have other plans.

I have one extra roll call ticket I will be picking up at willcall for each night.  PM me if you want them.  Driving from Chicago Sat and should be there by 6PM. See you all up there.   :cool: :smiley: :grin: :bath:

Wonderful Union is in charge?  Probably never.  Show up early and pick tickets up at will call.  Bring your lanyard.  Other shows seemed to have had soundcheck 3 to 4pm.

EARLY ENTRY INFO

June 20 & 21 - Milwaukee, WI - Riverside Theatre
Box Office Hours: 12pm-9pm
Arrival for First Entry (30 Mins before doors): 6:00pm
Early Entry Door Time (15 Mins before doors): 6:15pm
Public Door Time: 6:30pm
Show Time: 8pm
Roll Call Location: Roll Call members can line up outside the front entrance (116 W. Wisconsin Ave.). Security will direct you to the proper location.

I have to give WU credit where it's due. They've been handling the early entry much better so far this tour than any other. That includes posting the details, and the entries themselves have been smooth. (At least for the shows I've been to)

I agree with ericm. It seems like most of these shows are featuring the early entry. And all seem to be right on time as listed.

The early entry is posted on the site under Roll Call. There's a specific heading just for it.

As far as Sound checks go, I haven't been to one yet but I believe those details are supposed to be emailed out to us 24-72 hours before entry to them.

Still looking for a person or persons(couple) that have a soundcheck poster they'd be willing to sell, trade, etc... Me and my lady friend will be at both shows and at soundcheck. Somehow wonderful union is telling me we only have tix not poster, SOO I would be eternally grateful!

P.S. Still have a extra pair of roll call tix for sat 6/20/15 for sale or maybe a poster trade for one of the tix...?

Can anyone help me out with this one: Is it in my best interest to go to the box office & pick up my tickets at will call a few hours before lining up for the early entry?

Or is it reasonable to do both at the same time?

I actually came yesterday to post that very same link, part of the MMJ website, but ericm beat me to it.  Lately, he and Mr. White are making my "job" a lot easier.  Thanks to everyone who helps one another on this forum.  Its much of what I love about this place.

Never been to this venue,and it might be reasonable to do both at the same time but I always like having my tix in hand as early as possible. Then I can come and go as I please with one less thing to worry about.

If you're pre gaming near a venue you can keep an eye on the early entry line, and adjust your game plan accordingly. Some places people start lining up early, others not so much. Same with the amount of people doing early entry. I've been to shows with a lot of people going in early, and some not a lot at all. Having my ticket allows me to do what I want to, when I want to.

I believe Will Call is inside (in the airlock between the inner and outer doors.) You have to go inside, grab your tickets, and go outside to get in line. So I would get your tickets first, then get in the early entry line. I can't imagine the early entry line is going to be huge, so it really doesn't matter if you are in the back. I just hope the Riverside staff knows what the early entry line is.
