Pre-Sale Not Working?

Right, but this is the same company that charged $13 for shipping on the limited Roll call packages. A 7" single and a laminate cost $13. The price of the full subscription was $20 before shipping. Isn't that a little much?  I understood when it included a poster and shirt.

They do have to ship twice because of the 7" so I don't guess it's too outrageous

I have emailed you guys already with no response. How does it make sense that people who paid for the roll call last year and are still current weren't allowed to get access to the pre-sale. I have an email directly from you saying I would be. I can now go try and purchase tickets as it appears you have fixed that issue, but everything is sold out.

I wouldn't be frustrated if I were given the opportunity to buy tickets and then they were sold out; but, I didn't even get the chance until almost two hours after they were sold out.

Ouch, really? Not happy about that. I need to re-up my subscription anyway to get the Roll Call merch but now I'll probably have to wait until I get paid again. That's crazy.

It's not browser related.  Every time I tried to get tickets it told me I needed a roll call membership. And then at about 11:30 I could get access to the sold out tickets... Same browser. I also tried it on Chrome, Firefox and even IE (shudders). That was an issue on your end as I have heard multiple people say they had the same problem.

I was assured via email that it would work. It didn't work.

There should be a couple of shipping options.  My total was $57.27 $40+$17.27

I agree it is a terrible cop out and just makes them look even worse at this point. They still haven't even answered my initial email. They also used that "browser issue" on me a few months back when I renewed. I wasn't able to access roll call what soever. They said it was browser related. They eventually fixed it on their end.

I guess it's their standard issue response.

Browser/computer related issues are more common than you might think. The majority of technical difficulties on our sites are browser related. We're sorry to hear that you were unable to obtain tickets during today's fan club pre sale. Tickets were available in a very limited quantity today but there will be another chance to purchase tickets during the general on sale.

We understand that pre-sales are a tense time for everyone. We're here to help direct people with support inquiries to the proper channels, clear up any possible confusion, and  forward any helpful feedback to management.

Wow. Browser error?! You've got to be kidding me. At least own up to your mistake and stop with the lies!

Wonderful Union repeatedly said that Roll Call members with previously active memberships would have access to the "Deluxe" presale opportunity at 10am. Dozens of people who fit that profile could not get in this morning. And that's just on this forum. There was clearly an account management issue on your part that had NOTHING to do with browser issues. Allison said that in order for my account to access presales, my account had to be reset. Why was this not done before the presales? And why would I have instant access to presales after my account was reset if this was a browser issue? We're not as dumb as you think we are.

Obviously nothing can be done about this now. But you're not helping your reputation as unhelpful and misinformed when you come in here and spout lies. Thanks for blaming your issues on the fans though.

Everything about this fan club makes me want to hate this band.

lip-service.  The fact remains that many long-standing roll call members were completely locked out of the on-sale.  This is not new, this seems to happen every time tickets go on sale.  And this is NOT a browser issue, it's a roll call fail.

It's definitely frustrating. I love this band so damn much and their music and shows are what keep me coming back for more but the band deserves a much better fan club service. Team MMJ has been awesome but Roll Call has constantly had issues.

Thanks for the heads up but that seems like it's for the current RC package. The other comments were about shipping for the new Vinyl Album being $14 and the cost of shipping a vinyl 7" and RC Laminate (for the recent limited RC subscription) at $13 which I believe were both just one-time shipments. I appreciate you reaching out to clear things up and hope to see some improvement with Roll Call in the near future. We love this band...just not the issues that have come up through Roll Call.
