Seriously, you can't make this shit up!  :rolleyes: it would be hysterical if it wasn't such a fucked up thing that happened. Who the hell could actually write that and not realize they've actually said two completely different things?

apparently we could have saved the money spent on Roll Call and just got pre-sale tickets through Gilt City. Not frustrating at all.  :angry:

It'll be sold on TM or LN but I don't know if the band's page will take you there on Fri/Sat. I wouldn't count on it, and would go directly to TM/LN. What show was your first choice that you missed out on?

Woohoo, my tickets have now appeared on my Orders page! I'm very very relieved WU was able to figure out whatever went wrong. I sincerely hope everyone else who has this problem gets similar resolution... and that the bugs get worked out of the system before the next tour!

:huh: Just trying to pass along what my experience has been dealing with this shitty situation for the benefit of others... someone at WU is apparently doing something to try to fix it. When I said I was in the same situation as everyone here, I meant it - I got the exact same "browser error" bullshit and "solved" ticket emails too.

I wanted to get a good single seat fort the Knoxville, Tennessee show. I live about 3 and a half hours away from there and would not have to spend the night, but I live 5 and a half hours away from Chicago. I'm going to Chicago for sure now, but I was also really looking forward to the early in the tour and closer to me show down in Knoxville. Forecastle is too long from now! Plus, if I find out they are doing a show in Louisville other than at Forecastle later in the tour, I might pass up the Forecastle show. This would be especially true if I were able to hit up a couple of really special shows while I had to wait for a show closer to home (central Kentucky).

Edit: Lexington, Nashville, and Indianapolis would all be fantastic for me as well. I sure wish the entire tour's schedule would have been released at the same time these early ones were.

I realize I came across like an asshole but you have to understand my skepticism. You're brand new to forum and are posting positive things about WU. It just seems fishy.

My favorite thing about this mess is how WU keeps saying things like "Please e-mail us your feedback so we can improve on things in the future" and junk along those lines. Plenty of us on here have been e-mailing and making our frustrations heard for a few years with little improvement to show for it. Maybe next year will be better  :cheesy:

I hear you Angelo, and completely understand. Honestly, I took no offense - just wanted to dispel the notion that I was associated with them right away. WU absolutely deserves the piles of criticism expressed here for this whole presale fiasco their system has caused. They need to own up to those problems and fix them ASAP. It's terrible that this seems to have been the norm for years, judging by some of the other posts.

At the same time, someone over there deserves some acknowledgement for helping to resolve at least my situation and that of those other folks from the link I posted yesterday. Credit where credit is due...

I was curious as to when we would be getting our 7" vinyl included in the 2015 roll call purchase?

Last year's arrived at the end of January, but I think it largely depends on when the band submits the music that will be on it.
