XPN Fest Philly/Camden NJ

Grrr this XPN presale is bogus.  I can't pull ANY tickets in ANY sections.  Plus all the listed prices are the regular prices +$327.50 in fees!  Whuuut?!

Pulled a Pit as well, but I don't remember it being a seated Pit last time around with Americanarama so hopefully the numbers are just for counting like some of the other venues

It wasn't a seated pit for the AmericanaramA show but SBC sometimes does have a seated one. I sat there once for the Allmans, and I know Peter Gabriel had one. I think this one is a reserved seated pit. If your confirm says P1 - P8, those are the rows, and I believe they have 20 seats per.

I surely hope it is seated, as I just pulled up P1 in the XPN pre-sale!  Woo Hoo!  I now have to break it to my husband that we are going to both Camden and MPP....

It said that for me too, but then when seats actually came up, they were only $81 each.

I've sat in seated pits there, and this one is listed as a seated pit. All the Ga pit tix I've had there said GA standing Pit with a ticket ref #. This one has the row, and seat numbers on your purchase.

I got a P4 seat 44 today! Woohoo.

Anyone know how many seats are in the front row of the pit? I can't find a seating chart that has the pit seats anywhere.

I don't know about the front row but I saw one in P6 that had seat #50. The chart I saw looked like all the rows had the same amout of seats, but I do know they've had a couple of different seated pit arrangements. One show P2 was the front row in my section, as they had pit seats in front of the two side reserved sections. This one looks like it's just P1-P8 straight across.

there are approximately 20 seats ONLY in row 1.  P2-P8 have 45-50 seats, so any P1 seat is going to be pretty centered with 10-11 being dead center.   so more or less seat #1 in P1 is infront of seat #15 for P2.. People with high or low P2 will technically be on the rail since P1 is only 20 seats.

I am recalling a show I went to there 5 years ago, so maybe the layout changed a bit, but i'll wager to say your P1 and jennfarr's P1 are between 1 and 20 for seat numbers..

actually you can see on the live nation on sale page.  use the "pick your seat map" and it says 22 seats in P1 44 seats in P2

Damn, I'm still happy with my seats but it would have been nice to know that the "Pit" is a seated area for this show.  I would have tried for XPN presale tix today.

I've bought many tix before that have seat numbers but are GA.  I didn't realize that Pit could be either seated or GA.  I heard of that for Orchestra before, but never Pit.  Now I know for the future. 

Also the three tickets are called " Reserved Pit Ticket", " P1 Reserved Seat Ticket" and " P2 Reserved Seat Ticket".  Pit doesnt have "seat" next to it while the others do, and that's why I thought no seats. 

Oh well, still good seats in the 13th row.
