Plan on spending the day in Louisville. First time. Any recommendations on spots to see or go to? Food or drink? Definitely look forward to sampling some fine KY bourbon

Go have a drink at The Brown Hotel on 4th Street.  We usually stay there when in town.  Will be staying at The Seelbach tonight!

We are staying with some friends we met at OBH. Hope to see the town as much as possible.  Any recommendations for a good lunch spot in town?
If you don't know for yourself, how could you ever know for me....

Evan Williams Bourbon Experience downtown is a good way to spend a couple of hours and have some samples.

The Slugger museum and Ali museum are both really cool if you have time to kill and want to do something besides sitting and drinking..

For anyone downtown, the art galleries at the 21C Hotel on W Main are free. Just look for the giant, golden David statue. I don't know what's hanging now, but it's always worth a look. Some cool permanent installations, too.
