Thanks for that info, John. Now I can add Firebrand Live to the list of businesses that I'll never order anything from again (at least not anything that I want to arrive in a timely manner or packaged properly). 

I am also going to go to my local record store to get a copy tonight, like I should have done in the first place.

I don't want to keep sounding like an apologist for Wonderful Union or anyone else, but there is a lot of misinformation among a number of threads.

1. MMJ's management, RedLight Management, has no direct involvement in Roll Call or merchandise, so they are not to blame for delays and/or poor customer service.  They are, however, responsible for "hiring" companies to manage the band's website, fan club, and merchandise.  They are aware of these problems.

4. The delay only affects deluxe vinyl packages, because the production delay is NOT with the vinyl but with either the die-cut box or puzzle. 

I do hope the band management is aware of these problems (not just isolated to Waterfall vinyl releases and Firebrand - there is a long sad history of WU/GndCtrl poor customer service).  So the question is what are they doing about it?

Also, the delay does not seem to be with only the deluxe vinyl packages, I and it seems many others ordered the standard vinyl bundle, and we have not received ANY info since the original confirmation email after placing the order (no email about delays in vinyl, no downloads, nothing).  I also ordered a CD, and have not received it either.

Same here - Vinyl Bundle, plus I ordered the CD - I haven't gotten anything since the confirmation email.  No delay email, no download codes (which sound like they don't work anyway).

I am furious about having no vinyl nor any estimate of when I can expect it, and I have emailed THE APPROPRIATE PARTY (Firebrand) requesting an explanation.  However, I cannot help but think that comments like the one above indicate that this forum needs a thorough culling.  Geeez...

Hey, guys. I made an account here just to let you all know that Firebrand got back with me and said that my package will be shipping this week and that a refund on the shipping is possible, but it has to be approved by Wonderful Union because of the roll call stuff being packaged with it.

Preordered Roll Call Deluxe. So far the only thing that has showed up is a lanyard. No tracking number, nothing.

It's more than a bit frustrating that Firebrand seems to feel like this doesn't matter to me.

This package is taking (an awfully long) time to get here. If it would have been easy, I would not have cared.

It's good to hear.  I ordered the vinyl bundle (non-deluxe) and a CD through Firebrand, not packaged with my Roll Call, and I did finally receive notification of 'creation of a shipping label' last night.  As I saw someone else say they just got notification of their shipment, and it was ECD of 5/12, and I'm on East Coast, I'm guessing mine will be the same whenever it gets far enough in the system to actually give me a delivery estimate.....

When I asked Firebrand about why I had never received notification of delay (as some others have), or receive a download code in the interim since my order is obviously not received 'on or around 5/4' as advertised, they told me

"The Deluxe Vinyl Packages were not delayed, only orders with the box sets were slightly delayed and received a download."   

Huh??  Werent the deluxe and limited deluxe vinyl packages the only ones WITH the 'box' set?   I feel like they're just pitching a line of BS.

I finally got an email back from Gnarlywood Customer Service stating the Deluxe Packages were never intended to be received by release day, rather ship the same week of release day.  No mention of partial refund for shipping costs. They stated that they plan on having all packages shipped out this week with tracking info. I believe it when I see it, in the meantime I guess I'll just scoop a copy from Urban Outfitters to get the alternate cover art.

Unfortunately, Urban Outfitter's copies of "The Waterfall" are also delayed. What an all-around clusterf*%k release.

Technically, they still have 1 day.... not that I believe it will happen for many of us. I'm guessing they're shipping out one at a time, every oter hour.
