The Waterfall - Deluxe vinyl packages delayed

FireBrand responded to my inquiry by saying my package will be shipped out on Monday and that I'll receive a confirm email along with tracking deets. They should ship it priority and eat the cost to make up for their ineptness.

Just wanted to update that I did also email Firebrand with my displeasure that my order (Vinyl Bundle and CD) wasn't received 'on or around 5/4', and in fact a shipping label wasn't even created until 5/4, and it is apparently not being sent anything but non-priority USPS since it isn't projected to arrive until 5/13 - definitely NOT on or around 5/4. 

To their credit, they issued me a full credit for shipping cost.

I have a subscription service for music, so of course I have been listening since Monday, but I look forward to the actual vinyl.

My deluxe box *FINALLY* shipped on May 8th from SAN DIEGO, CA 

The item was received on May 9th in BELL GARDENS, CA 

Deluxe Package departs May 9th from BELL GARDENS 

Since then, no update or scan whatsoever, with a new delivery estimate of May 16th. 

At this point, I expect to receive their next album before "the Waterfall" gets here. This homing pigeon delivery service truly duped us all.

Anxious vs Patience, no winners in that battle. If this was a marketing ploy for them to get peeps to order another album though, they about have me on the ropes!  That was and this is a joke. Sarcasm just made Anxious vs Patience into a tag-team steel cage match.

That will be exactly 2 weeks after the release date, which sucks.

On the other hand, its now looking as though I'll be dropping the needle on The Waterfall, for the first time, on my birthday!

That will be exactly 2 weeks after the release date, which sucks.

An unexpected 3-day hospitalization means my trip to NH was cancelled but I was home when it arrived on Saturday!  Nice in person and included my 2015 Roll Call t-shirt.  I'd received my 2015 Roll Call laminate in an earlier shipment.  Question is, where is my 2015 Roll Call poster, damn it?

Also got my signed copy from the UK!

Sweet.  I got my poster and laminate but still no damn deluxe package.  It was "out for delivery" Saturday but I got nothing.  I think I'm getting trolled.

Ohh HAPPY DAY! 5/18/15 and the day has finally arrived. My deluxe box set is in hand and finally ready to enjoy.


But what's this about Roll Call packages being included? Was I supposed already receive my t-shirt, laminate and poster as well? I have not received any of those goods....

If I was sitting around still waiting on this stuff to arrive,  I would cancel my order and go to the record store and buy the album. I realize some of you are waiting for that puzzle and the roll call t-shirt and crap,  but come on.

Was having trouble with some of the green and other dark areas. So similar. Need to finish this puzzle.
