That's a big assumption.... Make sure you are using every possible web browser (I think they prefer Firefox).. Don't try to buy more than one thing at a time. I found that out the hard way as I added multiple shows and when I tried to check out I lost my ticekts for the first shows even though they were in my cart.

After reading about the previous pre-sales on this forum, my advice is to expect to not get tickets. That way, if you do get tickets, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Yeah, luckily the Austin shows are all GA so I don't see the point of going for the presale and will just buy mine on General Sale.

I've never had trouble following through on tix once in shopping cart and used PayPal to complete the transaction.  My only problem has been the quality (and quantity) of tix available.  Be sure your account is in order and cross your fingers...

I do believe you get a little break on the fees if you go through the pre-sale. So at least there's that.

True, but expect Roll Call presale tix, GA or otherwise, to be will-call only, which will suck if you suddenly can't go.

I'm considering not even trying today for that not transferable issue/will call issue. I get why they do it.,  but still.

is there a separate ticket location once I log into roll call?  Not seeing where I should be looking at 10 am.

or will a link become active under the tour dates section, for each particular show?  I guess I should have asked this more than 10 minutes before the onsale.

San Francisco - 2 x GA - 3 nights = DONE!  Flawless process this time around.

scored 2 pits for LA shrine and great seats for SB Bowl (bringing the kids, so no pits for this show)

gardenparty

scored 4 LA pit and 2 Vegas two night Pit.  no problems at all

danimal

got 2 tix for LA right at 10AM no issues whatsoever!

mons

Got 4 for SB no issues. Waiting on LA for GA ticket since I may have a conflict. The last SB Bowl concert was epic! Can't wait!

Been a long time member of the Tom Petty fan club so was expecting the worst for this one this morning. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. SO much easier!  Got 2 for Sat in Vegas then tried for the Shrine and got 3rd row on my first try. (No GA for that since I'm short and will have to drive in after work from Irvine)  With Petty you have to get brave and be willing to toss them back before you pull up seats as good as that.

Saw MMJ for the first time with Dylan. As soon as their set was over I texted a friend who is a long time fan and asked if there was a club I could join. They are now in my top 5 bands I have to see every tour.

Sorry for the long first post. I'm just so excited!!

Yep. No problem. Two 3-night tickets for SF.

Was a little unclear going into it, what page to refresh (the main tour page vs. the individual show page), but it popped up on the individual show page.

Gonna be a fun three nights. Too bad the Masonic sucks!

2 pits for SB and LA. Early entry for both. We should run into each other in LA. How are your SB seats? Last time I bought them presale, and a guy I know purchased 2 days before the show and was in front of me.

I'm trying to get ready for Nashville presale but don't want to pay with PayPal.  Is there a way to change to a credit card for default (throug Roll Call)?

I can't seem to find a way.

There is a secret hidden way to do it. When you get your tickets in your cart and you are ready to pay,  click the area where it says that you are in the payment portion of the buying process. It's up at the top of the screen. There is nothing that looks like a hyperlink because that would actually be helpful. If you click there,  it takes you to a place where you can change you method of payment. Just another friendly easy to grasp service ground control/wonderful Union has provided for us ;)

Hi,
Ill be trying digital roll-call tix for the first time for the Beacon.  Generally, speaking are the roll-call better tickets than what will go on sale through ticketmaster? thanks for any info.
