Don't fall over dead people. I just wanted to say that it appears to me that the pre-sale went smoother this time,  and I really appreciate that (It Feels So) Wonderful Union (Station) decided to notify us ahead of time about the Gilt City pre-sale. I appreciate that. This is the first time in four years of being a roll call member that I can recall the company improving their service after we bitched about how much they suck. Thank you for doing the right thing and improving your customer service,  company that I'm not really sure what you are called anymore.

But don't think that means that I expect you are going to suck any less. The best predictor for future behavior is past behavior. I'm watching you.

Great idea!  A complaint thread is good for letting out steam and documenting failures, so why not the inverse for the good stuff?

Yeah, I was amazed at how I sailed through the presale with no problem whatsoever. I wonder if there's less demand for the west coast shows compared to the midwest? That could explain why it went smoothly.

Yeah,  I also thought of that. They don't spend as much time touring there as they do East of the Mississippi.

Time for me to chime in here too as I've certainly been critical of them, so when they do me right they should be credited.

When I ordered my RC deluxe membership renewal, I mistakenly never changed the shirt size. When I got my confirmation I noticed I was getting an XS which is where the pull down is preset at.

I opened a chat immediately and was told it shouldn't be a problem, and they would forward the change in size to the shipping dept. Since then it's been in my account as an XS so I had my doubts the size would be changed. Well what do you know? My merch arrived today, and to my surprise the shipping order had the XS crossed out, replaced with a L, and the shirt was indeed a Large!

Well done WU, and thank you!
